I fell in love with cooking at a very earlier age, watching my family come together on special occasions and throw down. The only problem was, my mom really wanted me to follow her plan first. I attended a four-year college where I graduated with a degree in Pubic international relations. Which is great but I wasn’t happy. Against some family and friends wishes, I soon attended culinary school, where everything changed. Learning, cooking and creating its something so great about being able to put your passion on a plate, and how your food can touch someone in ways that can make their day. My culinary journey has let me work and has taken me many places. I have worked in restaurants from Southern to Asian to Italian taking all that food knowledge with me. From being a dish washer to a sous chef, I even got the chance to live overseas in France and Thailand for a few months to master my craft. My cuisine is American Southern-Asian fusion but I also love to take modern classic and put a new twist on it. The name of my company is called “Timeless Eat” where we not only do catering but private/personal chef meals as well.
