Kesha is a Health Educator passionate about real food, conscious eating, and pursing balance in every aspect of life. In addition to being a self-proclaimed food and travel junkie, Public Health-Med nerd, and vegetables for breakfast advocate, she is a scientist by trade. The kitchen is her lab, a place of solace, where she spends hours mulling over recipes, calculating ingredient substitutions and equivalents, discovering ways to transform her childhood faves into more nutrient dense (“healthier”) version of themselves. Her passion for food goes beyond the kitchen, working alongside national organization and community leaders to increase access to healthier foods and eliminate food dessert in underserved communities. You can find her at Raisedonramen.com documenting her food adventures as it relates to health, food culture, and food equity. Here cooking, eating, and living well is stress-free, sustainable, and fun!
